Privacy and data requests

Use the form below, or email privacy@maigrex.com. You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we have. Confirm whether we process your personal information and what we hold.
• Give you a copy. Get your personal information in a portable format.
• Correct something. Fix information that is wrong.
• Delete your account. You can also do this yourself, in the app or on our website. See Delete your account.
• Erase your records. Deleting an account and erasing underlying records are different requests. Record erasure is handled by written request here or by email.
• Withdraw a consent. Precise location, keeping voice recordings to check transcription accuracy, and using your records to improve maiGrex are all optional and can be turned off any time in the app under Settings, Data.
• Appeal a decision. If we decline a request, tell us and we will review it in writing. If we deny the appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.

What happens next. We verify your identity using information already in our account records before we act on a request. This protects your herd data from someone else asking for it. We respond within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need up to 45 more.

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. There is nothing to opt out of on that front.
